Interesting comments regarding crossbows. I agree with some of the comments that if you are unable to pull a compound or long bow due to age or injury then you should be allowed to use a crossbow during archery season. Otherwise if you want to use a crossbow then use it during gun season.

I was watching a show this past weekend where they showed how crossbows are made. In the end the TV host got to shoot a crossbow out back in their range. She had never shot a crossbow before but she has shot rifle. She ended up making a kill shot at 100 yds with the crossbow from a rest on a bench. To me that proves that crossbows are no different then guns and that anyone can shoot one accurately once zeroed in. Hand that gal a compound bow and lets see how she does at 30 yds drawing the bow and holding the weight all the while trying to aim and look through a peep not a scope.

I always looking for some new bows.
I also started to use a crossbow, that's my first experience.
Usually I prefer to choose bows according to reviews. That how I've bought the crossbow, there is more @ jonsguide.org. If you looking for new staff, you also may look throgh some reviews.
That's only the one review, but it's not that hard to find other in Internet.
