Prop Selection - 2004 Lund 2000 Alaskan / New Yamaha 115vf

Re-powering my 20 ft Lund Alaskan (True Lund V Hull) with a new Yamaha 115vf next week, and looking to get a SS prop for it. Boat will be weighed down with 2-3 people most of the time, so probably 600 lbs + 50 lbs of gear. Would like to squeeze all the top speed I can out of it, but would still like to be able to handle some rough water if I ever encounter it. What you guys reckon for a prop?
