Fishing was not good for me. I brought home a skunk, definitely first time that has happened in 2019 for me.


I am thinking that a few of the guides were struggling also, as they were moving around trying quite a few different things.


FYI the catfish bite on the west end has slowed some, but fish are still being caught.

Heard a report from earlier this week in regards to Mac. Respectable fisherman who fishes Mac somewhat routinely said he caught walleyes in 3 days. 2 on the west side and one by the dam. Said it was worst he’s done there in a long while.

wow, glad I decided against going this week for someone that has never fished it and is a 5 hour drive one way.
