Question Barn Pigeons?

My pup is ready for bird introduction. I'm looking for a source for barn pigeons around the Chaska area. Any ideas?

Take a drive in the country and knock on some doors, not a lot farmers in love with pigeons, they crap on everything. My youngest son hunts a few farms for them, usually he comes home with a lot of empty shot shells and only a few birds.lol

Get yourself a fishing net on a long pole (like 10 feet) and do a quick stop under highway bridges (or others like). Usually, this is where pigeon will roost for the night. Obviously, I would not do this on busy roads/bridges.

Are they going to be "Shooters"?

Or are you looking to re-use them?

Here are some of the "Squeakers" I picked up first week of July.

The photo with the cash I took, to share via social media, because trying to find Squeakers and how you pay for them and where you pick them up at times, makes you feel like a drug dealer!
