What stainless prop would you suggest for a 92 champion fish hunter 176 with a 150 black max xr4 merc?

I would go with a Powertech PTC3 18 its a great all around prop.

I fish Winnabago it gets rough out there pretty easy. Would a 4 blade be better for this rougher water?

Yes it would be better I would then go with a Powertech PTZ4 18.

I forgot to mention that this boat had a 6 inch manual jack plate as well don't know if that matters or not

That prop should still be good with a jack plate you will just have to find that sweet spot again.
