Where did the deer go

I am just curious to know from all of the southern Alberta hunters out there, has anyone noticed the low Mulie population this season in Cypress? Havnt seen much for BIG bucks, one 160class that never presented a shot, and the decent 135 3x3 i took last weekend. This is odd to me...

Anyone have ideas on hide outs and such?
