Default Resurrecting an old thread...

Just wanted to provide all of you with some updated info... After nearly three years on the water, I want folks to know that my 2014 Tyee 1900 with the 150-4S is still pulling like a mule on the water. Shortly after getting the boat, and after significant deliberation, I installed the 14.6x17 Rev4 prop with Flo-Torq IV hub and haven't looked back - it was the best decision I could have made...

The boat is fantastic and the motor/prop combination performs exceptionally well. Idle speed is ~3.2 mph (gps) and top speed is 46-47 mph (gps) at 5600-5800 rpm - perfect! I could have gone ~6 mph faster by purchasing the 200hp Verado for an additional $5k, but 46-47 mph is plenty fast enough (and it's great on fuel as well).

P.S.
The prop also yanks a 215lb adult skier out of the water and pulls tubes with 300lbs worth of riders with zero issues - again, perfect!
