Default Pork snoots

Gents,
Old lady brought home a 50 pound box of pork snoots. Guys at the plant said it makes good sausage. Have any of you ever tried it or made snoot sausage

Iím quite certain that we have all ate pig snoots at some time, we just didnít know it. They waste nothing of an animal. It would go into sausage or whatever you would never know it.

Freeze it and sell it for bear bait in the Fall.
I'd venture a guess it ends up in the food stream normally like Spam. My father, his brothers and my grandfather used to eat some disgusting things; blood sausage, braunschwager, liver dog, pickled pork hocks and bologna. We always told them it's made from lips, snouts and a**holes. After "How it's Made" had an episode on hot dogs I have a hard time eating a brat/kraut, which I love.
