Default Precision Trolling Lifetime Version and Lead Core ?

I am considering fishing more lead core so I can fish some small crankbaits for crappies in the 20 foot range. Can anyone who has the Precision Trolling App Lifetime Version tell me if there is any information for lead core for smaller baits included in the App?
Thank you! Jim

Troll Master has a Salmo Hornet #3 in its samples you can play with. This year I have caught a Crappie or two on Hornet 4.5's around 2mph even though they weren't the target species.

It's just leadcore with a spoon. I imagine a small crank would run the same, don't think it would have much effect on the hundreds of feet of leadcore out. But i don't run it so i can't say that with absolute certainty

Default Some Pointers

Setting my depths, finding this fall been erroring too deep. Meaning trying to focus on close to the bottom. I use a 47C line counter and find calibrated at 97-to 98 revolutions per 100' back am within 23 to 24' in depth, so I experiment and vary 80-100' back and like a slow descending bait on the pause.

The Salmo #3 chrome and blue a hit on crappies recently, trolling.

Sorry don't use precision trolling apps just go out experiment and observe then record.

I take it you are not a trolling fan. Great looking eye on your pic. You can shoot me before I will ice fish! Different strokes. Bob

Bob, Thanks for the information! I did end up buying the app! I wish I lived in your part of the country so I could open water fish all year long! I only ice fish for something to do but it definitely isnít a passion! If it wasnít for family in Minnesota I would be moving your way!
Thanks again! Jim

Don't knock trolling cranks with leadcore. Many, many large walleyes have been caught trolling cranks with leadcore.
