Here is one link of many which sell the 12 inch wide self centering roller as well as the single 12 inch wide mounting brackets or single 1/2 brackets to allow for a more unique mounting situation.

I did the same thing with my boat, except that I added 3 - 12 inch wide self centering rollers.

One at the back, one at the front, and one in the center.

Now, no matter how the boat starts to be loaded, the keel will eventually contact one of more of the rollers and bring the boat into perfect alignment every time.

Summary:

12 inch wide self centering rollers, properly set up work very very very well to keep the boat centered, no matter the situation.
