Default Motor Maintenance List ?

So I am trying to come up with a complete list of maintenance for my 150 Merc Four Stroke for the dealer/mechanic and myself. I know the dealer should know what they are doing and what needs to be done, but I want a complete list so nothing is forgotten.

Oil and oil filter change
Lower unit oil change
Air filter(s) change
Fuel filter(s) change
Spark Plugs: change
Impeller ??

Anything else I might be forgetting ?

Read the manual. Not trying to be smart, but for me it’s all there.

Add checking the thermostat, alternator belt, compression test, mounting bolt torque. Not motor related, but my list also includes: rotating the trailer tires - including the spare, tire pressure and lug nut torque, pulling the trolling motor prop to check for fishing line and inspect the seal. On edit - is there an air filter I've been missing?

Also, pull the prop on the main motor as well as the backing washer under the prop and check for fishing line around the prop shaft.

Take care

Maintenance on the newer Merc 4-strokes is so easy, I don't know why people don't learn to do it themselves. I mean, that's going to be a $600+ service bill for something that uses about $100 in parts and 2 hours tops to complete.
