So this thread is 3 years old but the RPM problem with the Honda 130 was resolved finally this summer with a valve adjustment. Gained 800 RPM back after the adjustment. The part the techs were surprised about was how well the motor was still running with the valves so out of adjustment. Maybe this can help someone with a similar problem. Three years later.....problem resolved!!!
