Default guide referal for Leech

Am headed up to Leech for 4 days starting Sept 27th. Want to fish for wallys in the morning and muskie as the day warms up. As I have not fished Leech before or had much successful muskie experiance, I would like to do the smart thing and hire a guide for the first day. Any referals would be appreciated. Thanks, Toadsticker

They have formed what they call the 'Leech lake Guide Collation'. Search that and you’ll find the a phone number. Talk to whomever answers the line and find out who’s available during your visit. I know you can’t go wrong with Al Maas, Mark Christensen or Ron Nystrom. Have never used any of them but have seen them aplenty on the water and seem like nice, knowledgeable guys.
