Best bet for ice: Green Bay or Winnebago?

Hi wondering what lake would be the better pick for first ice?

That depends on what you are looking for, eaters or trophy fish. Can probably hit first ice on both as there would usually be fishable ice on bago before the places I know about on the Bay, but I am FAR from an expert on ice fishing.
