Default SS Compression Latches

WOW.......do they sure know what they are worth! Does anyone have a source for a decently priced SS latch? My boat was made with plastic ones and some are broken, I was going to replace all of them, but might have to do just the ones that are broken for the price they get.

Thanks!

Wow,
I had not looked at these latches for a long time.

This one is just a touch less expensive:

I just ordered some locking latches from Lund...... $26.00...hehe Hopefully no one will ever tug too hard on them. I suppose I should replace them all with something that would really work.

Default Wow

I have Southco's in my boat. I guess I didn't know how much they really cost. They are amazing however. If I did my math right, @ $50 each ( the cheapest I can find is $70 but low balling) , My Backtroller with 13 latches has $650 in just latches alone. When John said top of the line hardware, i guess he was not joking. Glad to know I won't need to replace them though. Best of luck finding some.

I would buy them through customer service of the boat brand you own. It might be cheaper. Larson for instance has whitecap latches. Cost is $6 to oem, through customer service would be a lot less then $35 ea.
