Default 2009 620T

"The new 2009 Ranger 620T with a Mercury 175 Pro XS. Just saw the new layout of the boat. Rated now for up to 200 HP. I will be ordering one."

...found in a different post.

Can anyone back this statement up with a photo or other?

doubting Tom

See your Ranger dealer for the layout and changes. He may have any new info.,(If there is any.)on the 618T as well. I never checked on the 618T as that was not what I was interested in.

Just adding to my last reply. The new 620T will have increased storage. A larger fuel tank. Relocated seat bases. Trolling batteries are also relocated. A 200 HP rating when used with power steering. There are more new features, but that is about the best I can do from memory. Your Ranger dealer will have the info. beyond the above.

How sweet would it be to have a higher hp rating for that hull. The 90 on it is too much of a dog IMHO.

Aren't the 2009s out already??? Don't the pros usually get first crack at something like this months before arrival??

I'd be interested in the new layout, I'm sure it's an improvement. As for the increased HP, who really cares, isn't 48-50 w/150 enough speed? Can't backtroll with most of the 150's anyway so I guess if speed is your deal then a 200 may turn your crank.

The Ranger Dealer meetings are next week, so while the dealers may have the info today, they are not suppose to be releassing it. While a 200 may be big, a 175 Pro XS would be sweet. Those sound like welcom changes

I have a 2004 620T and would be very interested is seeing what they have done with the layout of the 620 and (possibly) 618. I am not really looking for more horsepower than the current 115 Johnson I have on the boat now, but I would love to see what improvements they have made to the boat(s).

PLEASE post any pictures or additional information when you get it.

Thank You,

Ruddiger
