Bacon, absolutely make bacon first. That will season the grill, get it a little greasy, smoky and make everything taste awesome from here out. Then get your butcher on speed dial, cause you will need it.

I have the new smoker doing the initial smoke right now. Just got back from the store where I bought some Jimmy Dean sausage and have some bacon too. I will be doing some cooking per your suggestions. How fun is that??? I will let you know how it turns out. Your welcome too stop over too.... On the Canadian Border in MN.
