I really feel the windshield question is answered by what waters and style of fishing you do. If I only fished inland lakes or smaller bodies of water, I wouldn't need a windshield. If I fished big bodies of water and only fished a few spots close to the launch or only fished when it was calm, I wouldn't need a windshield. If I could pick and choose only nice days to fish, I wouldn't need a windshield. The trophy looks like a nice package although the front deck was too small for me and I thought the sides were high and would catch wind. Good luck in your search.

A little different scenario than yours , went walk thru ws for the 1st time this year , wife is starting to lkke to go fishing with me , that made up my mind for me , previously ran side console with bubble removed , that was nice to fish out of but I have seen no disadvantage with the full ws , actually kind of liking it

Default Windshields

The wife of a friend demanded that the new boat have a windshield. It did, but only for the driver. He hasnít been able to upgrade in several years.

Going out tomorrow, St Lawrence around Cornwall. I'll appreciate the windshield from tomorrow until closing.

That is my home fishing area! Too bad I couldn't fish Canada this year. I only fished below the dam 2x this year. Good luck!

I like a windshield. We fish in some crappy, windy conditions and would benefit from it.

I'm impatiently waiting to get my eyes on the new Vexus deep-V aluminum before I order.

Apparently they have a 19' version about ready to unveil. I can't wait. I am not sure if they will be immediately ready for order or how it works. I am not sure how long it will take to come out with a 20ft model either or even if they come out with a 20ft model. I like the Ranger aluminum deep V's but they only have them in sub 19' models. If I am going back to aluminum I would like to gain some length.
