Default Northerns and Lakers

I am looking for advice on where to go for an opportunity to catch Northerns over 40" and Lake Trout over 20 lbs at the same place. Any ideas would be appreciated

Possibly Reed Lake in Manitoba, also Nipigon.

Without budget and travel restraints places like Great Slave lake, Cree Lake, Reindeer Lake, Wolleston Lake, and Lake Athabasca are all obvious choices. If you want a location that allows driving to the fly-in location - Sioux Lookout give Echoing Lake Camp a shout.

In 2019 - I accomplished the 20/20 at Echoing in Sept
In 2018 - I did it at Frontier Fishing Lodge in June

Have a look at Anishinabi Lake Lodge.Pretty affordable trip.Situated on a small island with 4 cabins and a main lodge.ive been there a couple of times and have always had good fishing for pike and lakers.great pike fishing. Lakers good to but depends on time of year and water temps.
