Default Favorite fish fry spot

My favorite fish fry spot is on Lac Suel on the sand beach just north of Banana Island.

The fish there is always fresh, it's all you can eat, includes fried spuds and beans, it's just what I ordered, cooked just the way I like it and always has the nicest people, and the place is never crowded!!
You can always get a seat right by the water!

My favorite fish fry is when I save all my fish for a month or so invite all my coworkers to a park on a warm spring day and set up 3 cookers and feed everyone! Lots of laughs and good food. No one leaves hungry! Good times had by all.

Favorite place is definitely at my cabin. It's convenient to have the dock, cabin and fish cleaning station all within a couple hundred steps!

I know I want to add some of this to my fish fry and try it out, so hopefully I picked at random

well then let's keep it secret, cause I would love a bottle... my favorite fish fry is getting my teenage son to build a nice fire and find some nice oval or rectangular flat rocks, sizable ones... start heating them up real nice! when the time is right, I pull up the stringer off two lean walleye ( making sure I snacked on some crackers before hand), so I'm not impatient and very meticulous about fileting real nice without any bones.

I butter the heated rocks with those handy little margarine packs like a PB and jelly sandwich thoughroughly, sprinkle with cilantro, basil, and seasoning that I have pre mixed in a little container... sprinkle on top of the bubbling butter, lay each of the fish fillets on separate rocks, usually 3 to 4 already over fire, and that butter seasony mixture soaks in real nice! after somewhat browning fillets, I turn them over.. when both sides done cooking, I hold them vertically for about 10 seconds to get excess liquids to drip off, then place on heavy paper plates, that can be added to fire later... break out my little lemon juice bottle, shaped like a lemon and saturate the fillets! real simple, fresh, good eatin.. best of all, shows my son a real easy and a survival technique using landscape (wood, rocks, safe trash rivers bring to burn) in case he finds himself all alone.

BUT, you know what would be the perfect missing ingredient? Fessler's original sauce!!!
