Default Lowrance or Humminbird HELP

Trying to decide between a Lowrance Elite 5 Chirp Combo and Humminbird 688ci Di. I question the 688 GPS accuracy both location and speed below 1mph after reading reviews. Any input would be appreciated. THANKS in advance for your help!

I'll vouch for the Garmin. Their GPS is second to none, and the 2D DI is excellent. Only issue with a Garmin is they only use their own mapping. They aren't compatible with Navionics etc. If their mapping covers the waters you fish, you will be very pleased. PS. I found Garmin covered more PA lakes than Navionics.
