Default Clinch River

Does anyone know the current conditions of the Clinch River from the Indian Creek Bridge upstream to the Bridge at Riverside Road? Water clarity? Shoals visible? Please forgive my vague descriptions, not very familiar with area. Just wondering if there would be a section that would be conducive to wading for Walleye? I have fished this section in the past but only a few times and mostly during other times of the year. The last time I drove by this area shoals were visible from the bridge at Riverside road and appeared to be some nice pools below them. It looked like the pools could be accessed by wading but I was viewing the downstream stretch from a distance.
