Default Ceiling light bulb changing head

My ceiling light bulb is broken. I can't remove it manually. Before resorting to more violence. I asked if there was a trick to changing these bulbs. I have a 2007 Signature 310. The ceiling lights seem to be LEDs, is it? Thanks for any advice.

Just makes sure you turn off the switch and breaker first.
Youtube has several videos showing how to do it.
