Default Pressure cooker

If any of you guys ever taken a pressure cooker with you? If so what do you cook with it? I think it would be a good idea to get dinner on the table quickly at a camp

Wouldn't a BBQ be even faster? or pre-cooked meals? I honestly don't know how fast a pressure cooker cooks. Maybe if you really wanted a fresh pot roast or pulled pork or something like that.

Personally, all my focus is on the BBQ.

There are two appliances that take with me. I bring my electric fry pan as it is my go to device at home for frying filets. It also works great for grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. We seldom cook eggs but it would be fine for that too. It's quick, reliable, and easy to clean. There are 4 guys in our cabin so I also bring a 4 slice toaster. I actually bought one specifically for this purpose. They are pretty cheap. We often have toaster waffles, bagels, English muffins, or toast in the morning and the 4 slice unit, along with 2 slice unit in the cabin, gets us on the lake quicker.

Default try a Can Cooker

We bring a Can Cooker-the 2 gallon size. We fill it with fixins before we go out in the afternoon and turn on the stove when we get in. 30 minutes later you have a feast. WE Dump it in an aluminum pan. Makes quite a presentation There are a million recipies that are available. The 2 gallon will provide an abundant meal for 4. If you had a bigger group get the 4 gallon unit. All for sale at Cabelas and BP. Get the bottom rack--extra $10.

Good luck

I agree! When I'm in Canada I want fresh walleyes for dinner. I'll usually bring a steak for the grill on the last night since I can't have fish that day.
