Perhaps a bad battery or wiring may not be hooked up properly. Might be a bad plug also. I would see if you are getting 36v at the plug first.

How old are the batteries running that... Verado ? Verado? Sure about that?

What other details do you have? Battery age? Even deep cycle? How well maintained in the winter are they? Things like that + everything else that was posted
