Default Under water lights

Has anyone made or used one of these? Green is supposed to be the best. If you have made one, I could use some tips. Thanks in advance.

they are legal in AZ , not in Minnesota .I have the old fluorescent green 4 ft ones they work well but I would now definitely buy the new green leds less electricity used ,brighter lights and less chance of breakage , hint do not fish in the lighted area drop your bait just on the dark edge , I do not do it much anymore at my age after 9 is lights out time .

I have made 4' green fluorescent lights. You'll have about $150 each in parts. Plus your time. The bulbs are getting hard to find last I heard. And you'll need about a 4# weight in the bottom to make it sink to the right depth. Requires some trial and error. (I poured a lead weight that slipped inside the clear pvc).
