JWF- I will check out the HB site and would def appreciate your pics. The console is a challenge but think the Sure-Lok will fit. Like that it would be easy to remove with thumb screws and locking arm in back. I’m going to call them and see if I can get the sure-Lok base with tall tilt arm for bow. My eyes aren’t getting any better and would like to have 6” closer to my face

Andersaki- I’ve used Ram for many years but wanted to try something new. Besides, I didn’t want to have to crank down so hard with wrench & be more difficult to remove.

I am a big CISCO fan and have two on my new Lund Tyee but also have a TraxTech ECMDP-108 on my dash HDS 16" Live unit. Needed a bit more adjustment than the CISCO provided. As mentioned, the dash's on some Lunds are not conducive for mounting large screen electronics.

The Traxtech mount is ROCK solid with that 16"er handing off it!

Lakefront,
I stand corrected, I was reading the quote instead of your words. Btw, I have both, the D Ram at the bow and a Cisco at the console. The Cisco supports my 10" Bird without issue.

Silly name, but I’ve heard great things about the Balzout mounts. They appear to be very adjustable as well. https://www.balzoutllc.com

In my case, the Cisco Sur-Lok and Tilt-Lok mounts have been working great for several years.

The aluminum gimbal bracket is a work in progress.

More pics. Kindly ignore the mess in the boat.

No worries. The Ram mounts my dealer installed were C’s- not sturdy enough. Had the bow mount & graph fall down on my rods. See my pics after I figure out how to post?

Thanks for sending. I just got my boat inside for storage and did not have the graphs with me- looks like a very similar dash.

Here is my bow Ram mount on the vertical. I wanted to try and keep the top clear of trip hazards and am able to fold longer Ram arm down to store and cover. I’m calling Cisco to see if they can custom Sure-Lok base with High Tilt Arm for up here.
