no downscan

New HDs 7 Gen 3 to new n2k nmea 2000 backbone...no downscan, even though I have selected my HDI 83/200 455/800 transducer...no pages for bb/down. Powered backbone to T, HDS
Gen 3 nmea to T, Point 1 to T(not yet calibrated), Elite 7 bow to T, two 15' cables front to back, terminals at ends.? What have I missed in my setup. Help! Thanks

I'm guessing your trying to say that you don't have a "Structure" tab shown when your press the "Pages" button, is that correct? If that's the case, press pages, settings, advanced, features, and set "Structure" to ON.
