Default Ad missing from search screen

I have posted dozens of ads over the years but I am now having a problem with one of my ads not showing up when I filter the ads. I have emailed customer support twice in the past 2 weeks and have not gotten a response, and the problem has not been fixed! The ad has been PAID FOR, and I am not happy. Can anyone figure this out and fix it?

Here is what is happening. The ad shows up if you scroll down the page through all the ads. However, when I filter for "alumacraft" this ad disappears from the filtered ads. This is not good, since anyone looking specifically for an Alumacraft will not see this ad.

Sorry Kevin, I deleted the ad and simply paid for it to be reposted. It works fine now.

He did not get it "sorted"

He deleted an ad he paid for because it wasn't working and he couldn't get any help.....then he paid for that ad AGAIN just to get it working.

He paid for that ad twice

Good point. I assumed a refund was part of the process. Shouldn't have done that

Mike, did you still need a refund for the first payment?
