Haha... when you get to feel like you're about a 100 hundred years old and you're on your knees and your failed hip replacement is screaming at you.......you start to think, there has to be a better way to do this. (Like pay someone to do it) So many things used to be no big deal. Not any more. Always looking for a better way to do many many things. The actual pumping of the fluid is down to less than 60 seconds with my drill pump.

Yep, but annually at home....come on. There are literally thousands of items that make life easier and you might only use annually, like my dethatcher attachment on my lawn tractor. Sure I have 2 outboards, change gear lube once a year, dealt with kinked pump hoses, spilled lube (and gear lube smells fabulous!), cleanup, needing more than a quart. Trust me, some of us really enjoy the finer things in life, like a gear lube dispenser. Some of us like the old fashioned way, there's nothing like a hand milked glass of milk. It all adds up, pump away!

I agree. Not only do we want to make sure it got done and done RIGHT but also many have to travel a couple hours each way to the dealer to get something done you can easily do yourself. I feel it's really a waste to not do it yourself.
