Default Contacting Humminbird Support

I'm now in my third hour of being on hold with this being the third attempt to contact HB. Anyone have any luck getting through to HB? I'm attempting to get a Helix 10 G2N unit repaired. I purchased a new Garmin unit in case I can't get this unit repaired but my preference would be to keep using the HB unit. However, after this experience as well as issues with a prior unit, this Will be the last HB unit I will ever purchase! YMMV

Third time is a charm!!!! Finally got through and received an authorization # for return/repair. Hope it makes it across the country and back and is catching Walleye again in the new year!!!!

The hold times can be long on certain days I would imagine Monday coming off a Holiday weekend would count as certain days.

I hate calling anyone, but I do all my business with online chats when I can. I have found in almost every time they can solve my problem.

I've contacted them a few times, and they have answered fairly quickly. Also had to send a helix 12 in for repair, and it was back on my door step in 5 days, one day turnaround at their place. Can't ask for much better service than that.

Once the process is started it is a very quick turnaround. I had a Helix unit go bad. Sent it back for repair. It come back in 5 days and it was still doing the same thing. Returned it again and within 5 days they sent a new G4. It was good service. But the G4 wouldn't link to my 1199 so I was shopping again. Ended up with basically 2 for the price of one.

I received an email from Humminbird yesterday. They shipped my unit back to me yesterday. I'll follow up again once I get it and give it a try.

No issues with my experiences. I had 1 warranty issue & a gazillion pre-sales questions. Stellar service overall

Warranty was in the heat of 2020's covid & it took time to get back with everything pretty much shut down.
