Default 2012 F20 Yamaha

Looking for a used 20 and came across a Yamaha F20. It is electric start but I found it strange that it doesn't have a pull cord(re-coil) as well. Is this common ? I thought all portables had a re-coil. Anyone on here have one of these? Thanks.

Not by the look of the pics in the add. I'm going to go to look at it this wknd if it's still available. There aren't many good used ones out there.

Default F25

I've got an F25 without recoil. It requires a manual wrap to start it with a "rope". I keep an emergency pull cord on board but I've never had to use it.

Typically I would guess it would be under hood, it wouldn't take much to start that motor up.

I picked the motor up on the weekend and the seller educated me on the rope pull. He said he never had to use it though. Thanks for the replies.
