Ulterra Transducer install
If any one is interested in how I did this I will then write up how and what I used, it works great and no extra cables hanging from the head of the Ulterra. With the boat on the trailer I cannot extend my trolling motor. to give a good view.

I made mine and used a big hose clamp, they can be purchased ready made on line.
Here is a video I ran across, where I copied what he did was some trial and error for sure but it works great. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2A...hrbTV1S2M/view |

Hi Tom,
Honestly I have never seen Helix 12 Side Imaging transducer, however my Helix 9 Side Imaging Transducer (looks nothing like your's)? Could your transducer be just the Down Imaging transducer??? Sweet install non the less. Thanks |

I agree. I've had SI on the bow since 2010 and won't be without it. After wrecking a couple cables in the slot of my terrova, I went this route. Gen 1 Helix 12. |

Now that is interesting did you remove the transducer and run the cable from the SI ducer in place of the original cable? |
