Default New Lund Fisherman redesign

Seen a few videos and websites showing the new 1875 and 2075 Lund Fisherman. Designed to replace the sport Angler series. Looks like a winner. Only concern is it is not with the IPS2 hull. Any thoughts? Iíd like to hear T-Macís impressions.

Another positive I learned, aluminum floor decks. Like all the rod storage. For the troller, this boat looks like a winner.

If I wasn't getting close to retirement I'd definitely buy one.

"Fish mojo" ...The offering is aimed at a product /market slot that has been asked for. After considerable research and input by dealers and Great Lakes troller gudes and Pro staffers the key elements that were asked for are in there.

Always there is more that could have been in there ... but then you'd have a cost roughly the same as Tyee Magnum.

Like alot about the boat but hate the dash. Really a fan of flat top dashes so you can put two 12" graphs side by side.

I had a Lund 1950 Lund Tyee for 18 years and was pleased with it ever time i used it. The newer Lunds look great and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat if it still suited my needs. Got a great trade in for it when I bought my new boat a few years ago. Dealer turned around and sold the boat in one day. Those Lunds are one of the best boats on the market in my opinion.

I have to agree about the dash but I have not yet moved up to 12" screens yet. At least they have a drink holder for the captain. My previous Tyee Magnum had none for the captain.....

Looks like the rod storage in the floor must be optional which I love this additional capacity along with the deck rod storage. I also like the rear jumper seats that flip up. When it is rocking, rolling from waves and your fighting a fish it is a nice place to stand. Looks like a nice spot to net a fish also being fairly close to the rear of the boat.

Rear livewell - from the video it looks shallow to me. Maybe I am wrong...

In a quick check I did not see where they stow batteries for the trolling motor. Hopefully up front. If in the rear along with the rear livewell and maybe some one sitting in a jumper seat the back end will get heavy quickly and with a light front end the boat will just pound in any waves.

Although Iím not giving up my tiller just yet I really want to see one of these in a 20ft in person!

Am I the only one that thinks 60k for a boat with an optional radio is insane?

Unfortunately, itís not 2010 anymore. Boat prices are through the roof. Who needs a radio in the boat anyways? If I want music in my boat, I have a mini Bluetooth speaker paired to my iPhone. Probably sounds better than a factory stereo.
