I see you installed a Trollmaster instead of I troll any reason?

Very nice boat, congrats. Only reason I put on the trollmaster is because I picked it up used and i had it on hand prior to buying my new boat. I figured it would get me through then i could just put an Itroll on later. Of course that was before i seen what a nightmare it is to rig these toons with the sealed underside. I've only done my deep v's which are a walk in the park compared to this Tritoon. Trollmaster is okay, I did go online and buy a much better servo, did install myself.

If i was doing it all over I'd go with an Itroll from the start

Thanks.

I was going to have the dealer install the I Troll and a few other options……until I heard what they wanted……

I will do it myself and save the money…..

I have a son with Down Syndrome….. keeping him dry is very important…..can’t wait to have the hard top.

Hard top will be great for you guys then, If you're not already adding them i highly recommend suspension seat bases,Wavepro,Smooth Moves, whatever your preference, as with a console that far forward, it will bounce you a bit.
Hope you and your son enjoy the new rig

I did order it with the suspension seats, trim tabs and an auto pilot…….this will be the first time using Lowrance so it will be a bit of a learning experience.

I've been using Lowrance since the Eagle
fishfinders so I've been with them awhile, so the menu system is second nature. I feel it's pretty intuitive but like any thing else that's new, there will be a learning curve. If you have any questions there are a few guys on here that can answer just about anything you throw at them.

Hawker, Waxy, Andre, are pretty much the go too's
around here and I try to contribute wI I can.

Did you go with the Lowrance autopilot as well?
I'm adding one myself this off-season, can’t wait to put it to use.

Yes it will have a Lowrance Auto pilot on it.

I was thinking of going all Garmin, but Erie Marine Sales told me they have had better luck with the Lowrance auto pilot over the Garmin ones…..so I said ok do the Lowrance.

I thought about doing it myself as well but thought with a new boat I better let them play with the hydraulic steering hoses
