speed for spinners top & bottom

i want to troll higher with spinners. i'm used to cranks high and spinners on the bottom. what speed do you troll for suspended fish with spinners versus spinners on the bottom? size 4 and 5 colorados. thanks

Hopefully, the higher fish are up feeding and the 1.2ish speed will work. That is where I would start. From there, you just have to figure out what they will bite. I generally start faster and slow down if needed.
