Talking 39 Hours is back

I don't know if anyone saw Season one of 39 Hours, an online fishing tournament between 4 teams of mostly professionals. Any team that catches the largest of a species gets a point. Anything over 10 inches counts. There were some very impressive walleyes and pike from Manitoba and Ontario.

Season two is now starting after a four year hiatus. If you like to watch good fishing and some entertaining outdoors men, then you will love this.

I love it too. Aaron Webe and Jay Seiimens from Manatoba are my favorites, but the Conrad bros are some serious fishing machines and have a very good chance of winning again this year.

I think Hataaja and Peric are by far the most entertaining team. They win on laughs alone.

The "other" side of Haataja, he appears just after the 6:00 mark: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7YODh1OmBM&t=1576s

Yeah, it seems like Kels Outdoors and Hataaja have some kind of feud going on. You can see in this second posting from Kels that there is bad blood between them.

But Kels also seems to get into altercations with other people:

I don't know any of these guys, but I've been fishing for 40 years and never got in a fight. Makes me wonder if either it's staged.
