Lowrance 107C DF

Any owners feed back on the 107C DF. I know it's being discontinued but has anyone found the Duel Frequency a plus. I'm a deep water fisherman for the most part but do fish shallow in the spring and fall. Need something to replace my 350A if it can't be fixed or when it goes to it's grave.
