Default 2003 tournament pro 185

Has anyone ever installed a Subwoofer in one of these boats? Looking for a little thump for those long rides on the river? Any suggestions on placement would be great.

Also the boat is new to me, so if you have same or similar boat I would love to see pictures of how you have it rigged, elctronics, trollers, etc.

What kind of specs ie. motor, mpg, prop selection etc.

Thanks a bunch

I can tell you this. The last thing I want to hear while fishing is someone pulling up with a bunch of base pounding.

I would never be pounding the bass, while trying to catch bass. It would just be for cruising with family and on way up river(27 miles) to the lodge that I work at.

Not the type of guy that would be rockin out while trying to catch fish, I just like the sound of bass rather than 85db of motor for 40 min ride.

You must work at Eagle's Nest Lodge.

Yes I do, well at least when I'm not working at my real job and not fishing the Red River. who is this? Don't you think it would be nice to run the river with a premium sound system?

I was at Eagle's Nest Lodge last year and when you said you had to run 27 miles up the river to work it rang a bell.

X2

That's the first thing I thought. If a person wants crowds, parties and noise. Stay in the city or go to the Mall of America. That kind of junk just upsets me.

Well like my mother used to say" If you have nothing nice to say, than say nothing at all!!!"

Maybe I should repeat that it is a 27 mile run, big water and never on the ride do you get within 100yrds of another boat trying to fish. Can be a very long day going back and forth putting on over a hundred miles in a day.

The only noise I like to hear when I am fishing is the drag pulling. It's not about listening to death metal while trying to catch fish!!!

Thanks for the comments though, it keeps the post at the top of the list!

MrWalleye how did you like it up there? How was the fishing for you? Guide?

It was good. The fishing was great also. Keeps you on your toes in the river current, especially this past year.

Hope to get back again this year.
