Trash on the forum website

What's with the trash posts from Carmax, Upbeat News, etc. on our website. Are these actually sponsored posts or have we been hacked?

I believe the ones you mean are official sponsored ads. They appear at the top of sections as threads, correct?

That's where they appeared when I posted. They disappeared since then.

If you see them again, they are an ad campaign that was sold incorrectly
The software that deployed these were out of date that won't allow us to retract them.
At the moment tech is working on getting them removed.
Also once the ad campaign stops, they'll be automatically removed.
