Default Trolling Motor Opinions

Hi- I just picked up 2 bow mount trolling motors and need to decide which one that I want to place on my 16.5 Lund Rebel. One is a Minn Kota Edge 45lb thrust and the other is a 45 lb thrust Wireless Motorguide. I picked up both for a very good price so $$ is not an issue ($250 for the Minn Kota, $315 for the Motorguide). Any opinions or feedback from people that may own one of these on which one would be the better one? Thanks for any help.

Default electric steering is way to go with remotes

No more foot pedals to deal with best money ive spent on boat. If i had edge id rip it off quick. Seen many minnkotas in 40 pound thrust for good deals, powerdrive v2. Minnkota also makes a model w series, very good deal on new one ebay. I think remotes are options on both units. I use mine for trolling pop gear worm, it's my secret. Gas motors spook fish
