Just had some warranty work done on my Terrova at Minnkota. Wow was that impressive . Usually we write things when we have a complaint but they need to hear "the good " too. Called about the problem I was having. Before the call was over I had a postage paid label in my hand off the computer. Next morning it was picked up on my front step and had it back, no charge with -in a week. Really,really impressive. I guess I will be buying their products from now and on ...

In my experience with them on a couple of occasions---it is the best customer service I have ever run into. They do an outstanding job!

Few years back my Vantage failed days before a trip to Canada, they FedXed me a loaner, pretty impressive company good to see!!
