Thanks for the responses from everybody, Ive been checking some online prices and waiting to see if Suzuki has any rebates,or extended warranty programs in the next couple of months.
I'm looking at the remote model, power tilt, 20" and will do the installation myself, once again thanks for the information.

Check out a place in California... They also sell Porta-Bote. Shipped to my door, Ohio, no sales tax, under $2500

Check out onlineoutboards.com. If I had decided to do my own installation I probably would have ordered the motor from them.

This is where I got mine. Great prices, fast delivery. This looks like the model you're after.

Slight thread drift. I too have pretty much decided on the Suzuki 9.9 EFI kicker w/tiller. My only unanswered question is if there is a bracket for tiller models to tie it to main motor. I have a tie bar already and can't seem to find a bracket to adapt the Suzuki 9.9 tiller model.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this.

Thanks,

I used the hardware that came with my tie bar. I simply drilled two holes and bolted to kicker. Picture shows a straight bar, but I bent it slightly to add clearance when turning.

I'm considering this kicker as well how are you controlling the throttle?

I currently use the throttle lock and run as tiller at times. If I put throttle control on, I'd make my own. My young kids don't like trolling so I haven't felt urgency to do so.

From my research looing for a kicker Susuki is the only one I can find that is fuel injected. Just not a lot of dealers around me.

Mercury 15hp pro kickers are fuel injected. I believe Tohatsu has one now as well.
