Not likely, if things continue like the 3000 people partying on the beach in Florida, and the cases don't go down its not happenening. I watched the news last night, they are all for extending the closures, not opening the borders.

Really ? You are GUESSING that the border for Canada will be open by July based on the Buffalo news ? I’m sure it is a reliable source of information on traffic accidents, petty theft and rat eradication, but border updates may just be a bit of a stretch. Just a GUESS on my part. ;)
