Default Lots 'o Spam

Wow looks like you guys are getting nailed today. When this happens should users be concerned about anything? One certainly shouldn't click on any links.

for those that don't know, the little triangle, in the upper right-hand corner of a thread, is the alert button, to send a message to all the Moderators, in the event of spam, porn, or personal attacks.

If anyone has ever tried to post a message here as a guest then you know all the hoops you have to go through and the "anti spam" software that we have in place.

If you haven't done that, logout and post a message and you will see what I mean.

Somehow they either figured out a way to get around that OR....they are persistent enough to manually do it.

We use "re-captcha" software which is the industry standard and the best available......but hackers are pretty good programmers too.

We are working on it.....
